33. Accept negotiated bid from Scott, Murphy & Daniel in the amount of $2,746,682.00, including allowances and contingencies, for the construction of a new Road Department facility.


34. Accept negotiated base bid from Scott, Murphy & Daniel in the amount of $2,452,682.00 for the construction of a new Road Department facility.


35. Approve the Warren County Library Usage Agreement for Meeting Room #2 at Buchanon Park Tennis Facility.(24-month term).
