4. Approve Minutes of the Fiscal Court Meeting of June 24, 2022.
5. Approve Work Schedule for the Warren County Road Department.
6. Approve Personnel Changes for Warren County.
7. Approve the purchase of a 20 foot Skyjack Scissor Lift at a cost of $7,500.00 from EZ Rent of Bowling Green. (For use at Sugar Maple Square). (Three quotes received – this is lowest and best quote).
8. Approve Determination in the amount of $3,300.00 to Bray’s Window Cleaning, LLC. for Window Washing at the Justice Center. (Three quotes requested – only one received).
9. Approve the Receipt for Transferring Delinquent Property Tax Bills from the Sheriff to the County Clerk.
10. Approve Emergency Determination in the amount of $2,530.89 to Roman’s Repair Center to replace an engine to the Toro Sand Pro. (This machine is used daily).
11. Approve Determination in the amount of $1,980.00 to Portagrace Manufacture to pay for the windows for the new Soapbox Derby Track building at the base of the track. The building is being built with private funds by the Kiwanis Club and Soap Box Derby Association. The windows will add more security since the Parks have experienced a lot of theft lately.
12. Grant Judge Executive authority to sign Grant Agreement for Airport Improvement Program (AIP) Project No. 3-21-0006-037 at Bowling Green-Warren County Regional Airport. (Warren County’s portion is $2,083.34).
13. Approve Order 22-16 Re-Appointing Christine Sowders and Gary Dillard to the Council on Aging.
14. Approve Determination in the amount of $54,970.00 to Advanced Systems Technology Inc. for upgrade and replacing obsolete equipment in the housing areas for the access control system. (This price includes spare equipment programmed in case of an outage). (Single Source). (Funded through Securus Capital Improvement Funds – no cost to Warren County).
15. Approve Determination in the amount of $29,762.33 to AAA Systems to update and install Camera Systems in White, Moore and Buchanon Parks. (These cameras have the ability to flash and the ability for audible voice notifications or alarm. With these additional cameras we will be better able to protect County property and the Citizens of Warren County). KPC #1010902
16. Grant Judge Executive authority to sign Funding Agreement with the City of Bowling Green for the benefit of the Drug Task Force and all Byrne/Jag Grant related documents for the Drug Task Force FY23.
17. Approve the Contract Litter Pickup Program and Disposal Agreement and grant Judge Executive authority to sign all related documents.
18. Approve Determination in the amount of $12,158.00 to EFI to replace the guardrail on Bristow Road damaged by the Tornado in December 2021. (Single Source Provider).
19. Make part of the record Certificate of Liability Insurance for Clean Earth, LLC.
20. Approve the 2-1-1 Report for June 2022.
21. Approve Determination in the amount of $1,726.39 to Jones Auto Sales for repair to a Warren county Sheriff’s Department vehicle that was struck by a Parks Department vehicle. (Three quotes received – this is lowest and best quote).
22. Approve Agreement with the City of Bowling Green and the City-County Planning Commission for an Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI). This is for a three year contract. (County’s Portion as follows: Year 1 - $22,120; Year 2 $27,560; Year 3 - $33,000. (Single Source). Paid by Stormwater Management.
23. Grant Judge Executive authority to sign an Agreement with the Kentucky Justice Cabinet, Office of Drug Control Policy for the benefit of the Drug Task Force for officer training funding in the amount of $25,000.00.
24. Accept the only bid from Scott & Murphy, Inc. in the amount of $29,605.00 for the Smallhouse/Elrod Road Roundabout Improvements.
25. Approve Agreement of Understanding related to Fiscal Year 2022 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Grant for the Warren County Attorney’s Office and Grant Judge Executive authority to sign.
26. Approve Sub-Award Agreement between Warren County and The Warren County Water District – this is for two Water/Sewer Projects in the amount of $3,811,000.This is paid thru ARPA Funds.
