Approve 1st Reading of Ordinance #22-22WC AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF WARREN, KENTUCKY AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF TAXABLE INDUSTRIAL BUILDING REVENUE BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES AND/OR DENOMINATIONS, TO BE ISSUED OVER A PERIOD OF YEARS, IN AN AGGREGATE COMBINED PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $4,000,000,000, THE PROCEEDS OF WHICH SHALL BE USED TO FINANCE THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION, IMPROVEMENT, COMMISSIONING AND EQUIPPING OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDING FACILITIES TO BE LEASED TO ENVISION AESC US LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND/OR ASSIGNS; AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENTS, PAYMENT IN LIEU OF TAXES AGREEMENTS, BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENTS, IF REQUIRED, AND SUCH OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS, CERTIFICATES, AND AGREEMENTS; AND AUTHORIZING SUCH OTHER ACTIONS, NECESSARY OR REQUIRED, RELATED TO THE ISSUANCE OF ANY SERIES OF THE BONDS.

10. Approve 2nd & Final Reading of Ordinance 22-21WC ESTABLISHING NORTH RIDGE DRIVE, SAINT ELIAS AVENUE, AND SPOKANE COURT, AND LOCATED IN NORTHRIDGE 11 SUBDIVISION AS COUNTY ROADS AND AUTHORIZING MAINTENANCE THEREON & SETTING SPEED LIMITS THEREON.

11. Approve Resolution #22-08 Consenting to Inter-Modal Transportation Authority, Inc.’s Conveyance of Real Property to Envision AESC US LLC Pursuant to Real Estate Conveyance and Development Agreement.

13. Approve 1st Reading of Ordinance #22-24WC REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1055 GLEN LILY ROAD FROM AG (AGRICULTURE) & F (FLOODPLAIN) TO RM-3 (TOWNHOUSE/MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) & F (FLOODPLAIN) CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 19.4701+/- ACRES AND PRESENTLY OWNED BY PAUL D. REELS, JR.

14. Approve 1st Reading of Ordinance #22-25WC REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 0 & 844 AARON ROAD, 0 DISMON-STONE ROAD, AND 0 RICHPOND-ROCKFIELD ROAD FROM AG (AGRICULTURE) & R-E (RESIDENTIAL ESTATE) TO RS-1C (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 127.1725+/- ACRES AND PRESENTLY OWNED BY THOMAS R. 15. Approve 1st Reading of Ordinance #22-26WC REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 0 NEW CUT ROAD FROM AG (AGRICULTURE) TO R-E (RESIDENTIAL ESTATE) CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 28.1129+/- ACRES AND PRESENTLY OWNED BY CHANTHOM BUILDERS, LLC % ALEX & LOGAN THOMAS.

16. Approve the 2-1-1 Report for March 2022.

17. Approve Determination in the amount of $5,048.83 to KACo Underwriters Safety and Claims for reimbursement of paid out claims resulting from an accident at the Road Department.

18. Approve Determination in the amount of $4,220. to Boyd Cat for a Track Loader Bucket at Sourcewell Pricing.

19. Approve Determination in the amount of $43,690. For White Park, including Senior Center and Moore Park to be Sealed, Cracks Filled and Striped by Reynolds Sealing and Striping, Inc. (KPC Pricing)

20. Approve the 3rd Quarter Financial Statement for Hadley Volunteer Fire Department.

21. Approve Emergency Determination in the amount of $2,003.86 to Evapar for necessary maintenance on one of the 3 generators at the Warren County Regional Jail.

22. Approve the March 2022 Treasurer’s Report.

23. Approve Determination in the amount of $10,797.32 to Scotty’s Contracting for paving

the boat Ramp at Weldon Peete Park. (This is a joint effort with Dept. of Fish &

Wildlife - they paid $75,439.02 for their portion of the paving and Park’s Department

paid the amount above).

24. Approve Determination in the amount of $11,875.69 to The Agency for Substance

Abuse For the ASAP Coordinator’s Salary and FICA for pay period August 13, 2021,

thru March 25, 2022. (Paid by ASAP Grant).

25. Approve Determination in the amount of $1,236.35 to Keep A Clear Mind Curriculum.

(Paid by ASAP Grant).

26. Accept the only bid from Pro Lawn & Landscape for weekly mowing, trimming,

spraying, shrub pruning, weed removal, weed control, weekly trash, and debris cleanup

in the amount of $117,600. (Per Year) for Westgate Park, Ashmoor Park, Natcher

Elementary School (Entire campus), Moss Middle School (Entire campus), Lost River

Elementary School Ball Field, Browning Ball Field, Cumberland Trace Old Elementary

School Ball Field, Briarwood Elementary School Ball Field, and Rockfield Elementary

School Ball Field.

27. Accept the only completed bid from Mike’s Pest Control in the amount of $13,080.

(yearly) for spraying all Warren County Park Properties. Another bid was received

but the packet was not complete.

28. Approve Budget Transfers for Warren County.

29. Approve Determination in the amount of $19,371.89 to Greenwood Mall for the Sears

Building Utilities from December 2021 to March 2022.
