14. Approve Determination in the amount of $15,000.00 to C & P Construction to dismantle

the drive through canopy (Awning) at the Health Department. This Awning was

extremely damaged by a truck. (Three quotes solicited – only two received). This is

lowest and best quote.


15. Approve Determination in the amount of $10,793.00 to Miracle Recreation (KPC

Contract) for nine (9) New Trash Receptables and six (6) New Park Benches for use at

the newly re-designed Tony Walker Financial Signature Disc Golf Course being

constructed at Buchanon Park.


16. Approve Determination in the amount of $8,692.00 to H B Clark; DBA as Bluegrass Disc

Golf to Design and Install a New Signature Hold at the Tony Walker Financial

sponsored course at Buchanon Park. (Clark did the initial design and should be

considered a sole source vendor for this project).


17. Grant authority to advertise for Inmate Communication System for the Warren County

Regional Jail.


18. Approve Determination in the amount of $6,600.00 to Riverside Pharmacy for

Naloxone/Narcan, which will be provided to all Warren County Volunteer Fire

Departments once approved. (Three quotes received – this is lowest and best quote). (Provided by ASAP).


19. Approve payment to DDWF1, LLC to Bush Hog 350 acres on I-65 for Exits 20-30 to

Carter Sims North Bound @$71.00/acre at a total cost of $24,850.00. (Single Source

Provider).


20. Approve Determination for a change order of cleanup of dumpsite, #170443, Mudd

Avenue OD, in the amount of $1,949.20 to be paid to My Projects LLC.


21. Approve Budget Transfers for Warren County.


22. Approve the June & July 2022 Treasurer Reports.


23. Approve Determination in the amount of $40,965.00 to K M International for the

Purchase of KM 4000TEDD C2M3-2 Ton Asphalt Hot Box (State Price Contract).


24. Approve Determination in the amount of $138,215.91 to Bobcat of Bowling Green for

the purchase of T770 T4 Bobcat Compact Track Loader and Implements. (State Price

Contract).


25. Approve Determination in the amount of $1,930.00 to Pye Barker Fire and Safety for

the yearly fire alarm/sprinkler inspections needed at the Warren County Justice Center.


26. Approve Lease Agreement for 2023 Ford F150 to Enterprise Fleet Management in an

amount not to exceed $1,011.44 per month for 60 months for use by Public Works.


27. Approve Lease Agreement for a 2023 Ram 3500 Shop Truck with Crane to Enterprise

Fleet Management in an amount not to exceed $1,874.13 per month for 60 months for

Use by Warren County Road Department.


28. Approve lowest and best quote in the amount of $6,772.71 to IMPCO of Madisonville for

a Snowdogg Plow and Accessories for the Warren County Road Department.


29. Approve 1st Reading of Ordinance #22-54WC Rezoning Property Located at the

Western Side of the Intersection at Scottsville Road and Magnum Road from AG

(Agriculture) to HB (Highway Business) containing approximately 2.52 +/- Acres and

presently owned by Tom and Portia Pennington.


30. Approve 1st Reading of Ordinance #22-55WC Rezoning Property located at 0 Dillard

Road from AG (Agriculture) to RS-1A (Single Family Residential) containing

approximately 41.582 +/- and presently owned by Lexington Station, LLC.


31. Approve Emergency Determination in the amount of $5,965.44 to Bob Barker

Correctional of Charlotte, NC for Inmate Mattresses.


32. Nunc Pro Tunk to Grant authority to advertise for Neptune Storm Sewer Remediation

Project. (Paid by Stormwater Management).


33. Approve Determination in the amount of $5,492.66 to AAA Systems for a Security

Camera for the Voter Storage Building. (State Price Contract).

34. Approve the Receipt for Transferring Delinquent Property Tax Bills from the Sheriff to

the County Clerk.


35. Grant authority for the County Treasurer to open a checking account for Transient

Room Tax at Farmer’s Bank and Trust and close the current account at Truist Bank.

Multiple quotes solicited and this is the best quote at 2%.


36. Approve Determination in the amount of $2,062.50 to Warren Rural Electric

Cooperative Corporation for Contribution in Aid for Construction and Site Deposit for

Aviation Museum at Griffin Park. (Aviation Park will reimburse the County for this).


37. Approve the Leasing of one (1) 2022 Dodge Ram at the rate of $885.61 per month from

Enterprise for the 60-month lease terms for Emergency Management. (This truck will

replace the one that was ordered back in 2021 but was cancelled due to supply issues).


38. Approve Emergency Determination in the amount of $1,408.25 to Buck Electric for

repairs to the electric meter and pole for lighting on the Old Richardville Road Bridge.


39. Approve the purchase of two (2) 2022 Ford Explorer’s from Paul Miller Ford at a cost

of $39,523.00 each for the Drug Task Force at State Price Contract. (Paid with funds

from forfeited vehicle sales at no cost to Warren County).


40. Approve Determination in the amount of $4,547.72 to Motorola Solutions (City-County

Master Agreement) for one APX6500 Enhanced Motorola Radio for one of the vehicles.

(This radio will replace one that was purchased in 2009 with grant funding that no

longer is repairable). (Paid with asset forfeiture funds at no cost to Warren County).


41. Grant Authority to advertise the Budgetary Comparison Schedules from the 2021 Audit.
