7. Approve second and final reading of Ordinance 23-59WC Rezoning property located at 0 Brookwood Drive from AG (Agriculture) to (P) Public containing approximately 20.52 acres and presently owned by Warren County Board of Education.
8. Approve second and final reading of Ordinance 23-60WC Rezoning property located at 6006 Mt. Olivet Road (portion) from AG (Agriculture) to (RR) Rural Residential containing approximately 4.01 acres and presently owned by Danny & Karen Hittson Estate c/o Patrick Hittson & Margaret Ellen Bertolucci
9. Approve determination in the amount of $2,911.65 to Executive Elevator for electronic board rebuild on elevator #4 at the parking garage. (This is the contracted vendor).
10. Authorize Warren County Jailer to sign a contract with CADMUS by Autonomy Today, LLC for the implementation of an electronic cell observation logging system at a cost of $18,000 per year. (Three quotes sought. Two were obtained. This was the lowest and best.)
11. Approve determination in the amount of $6,733.00 for the County’s match (2.5%) of the BGWC Regional Airport’s Federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Grant Agreement for runway rehabilitation and lighting and authorize Judge Executive to sign all related documents.
12. Grant Judge Executive Authority to apply for Violence Against Women’s Act Grant Award for January 1, 2024-December 31, 2024 on behalf of Warren County Attorney’s Office.
13. Approve determination in the amount of $4,574.12 to Barren County Business Supply for office furniture for two Parks and Rec employees who will be working in the Public Works building on State Street. (This is KY State Contract Pricing).
14. Approve first reading of Ordinance 23-61WC Rezoning property located at 0 and 9888 Nashville Road from AG (Agriculture) to (RS-1D) Single Family Residential, RM-4 (MultiFamily Residential), GB (General Business), and P (Public) containing approximately 85.40 acres and presently owned by Chandler Holdings, LLC c/o David Chandler.
15. Approve first reading of Ordinance 23-62WC Rezoning property located at 0 Martinsville Road (portion) from AG (Agriculture) to R-E (Residential Estate) containing approximately 0.84 acre and presently owned by Hulen and Sylvia Hill.
16. Approve 2-1-1 Report for August 2023.
17. Approve Salt Bid from Compass Minerals for $111.00 per ton without equipment. 3 bids received through KACo reverse salt auction, this was lowest and best bid.
18. Grant approval for Stormwater Department to negotiate for Romanza Johnson Park Stormwater Quality Improvement FILOC Project.
19. Approve lease agreement for three (3) 2023 Ford F150 trucks from Enterprise Fleet to be used by the Parks Department in the amounts of $1,033.71/mo., $1,413.73/mo., and $1,033.71/mo. for 60 months, plus a one-time cost of $8,475.00 per vehicle in aftermarket equipment. (This is the contracted vendor).
20. Approve Interfund Transfers for Warren County.
21. Approve determination in the amount of $4,735.71 to Barren County Business Supply for Public Works office furniture. (This is state contract pricing).
