28. Approve Order #23-02 Setting Forth Personnel Action in Regard to

Appointments of Warren County Employees.

29. Approve Order #23-03 appointing the following individuals Justice of

the Peace of Warren County to solemnize marriages during their

term of office in compliance with KRS 402.050. Scott Lasley, Tom

Lawrence, Rick Williams, Rex McWhorter, Eric Aldridge and Ron

Cummings.

30. Approve Order #23-04 appointing Douglas J. Gorman to be

authorized to solemnize marriages during his term of office in

compliance with KRS 402.050.

31. Approve Order #23-05 appointing members and individuals to

various Standing Committees of Warren County Fiscal Court for the

years 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026.

32. Approve Determination in the amount of $1,018.00 to WSIN MCP Integration System to renew the Cummins Allison Corporation License and Maintenance Agreement for the iFX Currency Imaging Money Counter. This unit is linked to the RISS/ROCIC network. The total cost of this renewal will be paid from our forfeiture account.

33. Grant Judge Executive authority to sign Annual Affiliation Agreement with the Warren County Technical Rescue Team. (This team is made up of members of the Warren County Fire Departments, Bowling Green Fire Departments, and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

34. Accept the only bid from Whit’s Concessions for the concession bid for the Warren County Parks Department – two-year contract with possibility of one year extension.
